COURSE DESCRIPTION 

The Certificate IV in Training and Assessment is the latest, nationally recognised qualification aimed at developing the competency, skills and knowledge of trainers, managers and coaches in the workplace.  Carramar Education has customised this course for the Health Industry.  This is a 6 day course, run over 5 weeks.  Refer to dates below.

WHAT WILL I LEARN?

You’ll gain the skills required to deliver training confidently to individuals and groups and conduct competency based assessment. You will learn how to:

  • design and develop learning programs
  • develop assessment tools
  • facilitate individual and group-based learning
  • assess competence.
PRE-REQUISITES

There are no formal pre-requisites associated with this qualification and it is equally suitable for those who are relatively new to training or those with extensive experience. To complete this qualification you will require access to a computer and the Internet, and sufficient language, literacy and basic computing skills in order to meet assessment requirements.
