Carramar Consulting is lead by Director, Jane Yacopetti who has over 28 years experience in the Health Sector and has held Executive roles in some of the largest tertiary health institutions in Australia. Her management experience, qualifications and expertise is extensive and varied. She has both private and public sector expertise, in addition to senior health management experience. Jane has successfully project managed both the clinical service and organisation change components on large capital projects in Australia.
Jane has also worked internationally and in rural and remote communities giving her an excellent understanding of the challenges in delivering health services in many different environments.

Jill has many years experience in tertiary sector management, curriculum development, research and teaching. She has been involved in teaching and managing both undergraduate and graduate nursing programs. She has participated in and led numerous overseas health consultancies and also undertaken consultancy work in Australia.

Monica has extensive experience of the health and education sector as a health care provider, administrator and educator. She has worked in a wide range of educational institutions and in private health, community health and tertiary health care settings as clinician, project manager and administrator. Her varied experience and expertise makes her a valuable staff member who can consult in many different areas.

Loretta has many years of experience as a senior finance professional in large corporate organisations including the public and private health sector. She has extensive experience with managing finance departments, implementation of new financial systems and processes, strategic and operational planning, and health funding in the public sector. Loretta’s financial experience and background in the health and commercial sector’s makes her a valuable addition to the team at Carramar Consulting.

Fiona has worked
in many areas of the health sector. She
has experience in funding negotiations in the public and private sector, development
of funding models, health service planning, strategic and business planning, data
analysis and interpretation, and project management. Fiona’s clinical
background combined with her health service experience adds further expertise
to the pool of consultants at Carramar.
Kerri Gane RN RM Grad Cert Risk Management
Project Consultant
Kerri has worked in the private and public health sector for the past 20 years. She has a background in nursing and midwifery and has also held a senior clinical safety and quality position in a large tertiary maternity and paediatrics facility. Her recent experience and qualifications have been obtained in health sector risk management. Kerri is currently working towards a Masters of Health Science.

Phuong has qualifications in business, small business management and
office administration. She
has experience working in and managing offices for medium-sized companies. She has a
wide breadth of skills and abilities suited to the variety of projects that
this company undertakes.
