Clinical Supervision and Clinical Teaching
COURSE DESCRIPTION
Clinical supervision and teaching enables clinicians to develop knowledge and competence, assume responsibility for their own practices and enhance patient safety. This half day workshop is aimed at assisting nursing staff to develop awareness of their responsibilities in teaching and supervising junior staff and to provide opportunities for developing understanding and skill in these areas. It focuses on teaching and supervision in the clinical setting.
