Managing… to Deliver Patient Care

  • Managing to Deliver Patient Care is a nursing management development program focussed on engendering accountability for daily ward or unit management.
  • This program is unique to the Australian Health Care System and is specifically focussed on improving patient care.
  • This program is conducted in two stages. Stage one is over three days with a further one day follow up 6 weeks later.
  • This course is accredited for 25 CNE points with the Royal College of Nursing.
