Jane Yacopetti
Director


Carramar Consulting is led by Managing Director, Jane Yacopetti. With over 25 years experience in the Health Sector, Jane has held executive roles in some of the largest tertiary health institutions in Australia. Her management experience, qualifications and expertise are extensive and varied and cross both private and public sectors. Jane has successfully project managed both the clinical service and organisational change components of large capital projects in Australia and enjoys a reputation as a leading strategist and implementer of large-scale health projects.

Having worked internationally and in rural and remote communities, Jane has an excellent understanding of the challenges in delivering health services in many different environments.
 
Loretta Seamer 

General Manager


Loretta has many years of experience as a senior finance professional in large corporate
organisations including the public and private health sector. She has extensive experience in managing finance departments, implementing new financial systems and processes, strategic and operational planning, and health funding in the public sector. Loretta’s financial experience and background in the health and commercial sectors allows her to provide significant expertise to consulting projects.
 
Phuong Pham
Office Manager


Phuong has qualifications in business, small business management and office administration. She has experience working in and managing offices for medium-sized companies. She has a wide breadth of skills and abilities suited to the variety of projects that this company undertakes.
 
Cath Lewin
Consultant

Cath has worked in acute healthcare for 28 years, predominantly in the private sector in a range of clinical, managerial and executive roles. She is a leading health facility planner, experienced at working in teams with members from other professional disciplines and has gained valuable experience on local, interstate and international projects. Cath will soon complete her Diploma in Project Management. As a member of the Centre for Healthcare Design, Cath keeps abreast of clinically orientated evidence to support the translation of emerging models of care into safe, functional and efficient healthcare environments. Her experiences have contributed to a blend of strategic thinking, operational application and an eye for detail in project delivery.
 
Kerri Gane
Consultant

Kerri has worked in the private and public health sectors for the past 20 years. She has an extensive background in nursing and midwifery and has also held a senior clinical safety and quality position in a large tertiary maternity and paediatrics facility, gaining qualifications in health sector risk management. Kerri is currently working towards a Masters of Health Science.

 
Sarah-Jane Le

Project Officer

Sarah has background in scientific and medical research.  She was awarded a Doctorate in Biomedical Research at the University of Queensland in 2008 and has worked in both an academic, basic research setting as well as a clinical research setting.  She has vast experience in technical and scientific writing, designing and conducting experiments, as well as conducting clinical research according to Good Clinical Practice (GCP).

 
Helen Cooper  
Consultant

Helen has over 25 years experience in the public and private health sectors notably in the management of small and large health information projects and services, casemix information and management systems, health services planning and data analysis and interpretation. Helen also has experience in the tertiary education sector teaching both undergraduate and postgraduate programs. Her diverse qualifications and extensive experience bring a broad-base of knowledge and skills to the pool of consultants at Carramar Consulting.
 
Monica Pritchard
Consultant

Monica has extensive experience in the health and education sectors as a health care provider, administrator and educator. She has worked in a wide range of educational institutions and in private health, community health and tertiary health care settings as a clinician, project manager and administrator. Her varied experience and expertise has given her an excellent capacity to approach and resolve multifaceted issues from a broad perspective.

 
Dr Jill Newlands
Advisor

Jill has many years experience in tertiary sector management, consultancy, curriculum development, research and teaching. She is a recognised leader in teaching and managing both undergraduate and graduate nursing programs. She has led or participated in a number of significant overseas health consultancies.
